I installed some stuff trying to get cuda working and ended up also installing stuff that apparently was already installed (linux kernal??). Now when grub loads there are 2 extra boot options, essentially duplicates. Very minor, but I was wondering if there is an easy way to edit them out. I forgot to make a backup with my xp/saline dualboot and so I have no original mbr that is correct to reimage to.
I have a mbrtool.exe installer I may play with in windows.

I solved it by installing startupmanager. It showed the extra two entries as 486- the linux image & nvdia kernel versions. Uninstalling those and running startupmanger again they are now gone. Thank You sir
