After a long search trying many Linux distributions I found SalineOS. Formerly I used Mint Debian and Mint 11 with Gnome2.3 desktop. Like most people looking for for a workable system, I went to Distrowatch. I used the search engine on Distrowatch to find a Debian based distro, 64 bit, with any environment but Gnome3 / Unity. Bingo! --- SalineOS.
I looked at your page on Distrowatch, then your home page. Saline looked pretty grey and uninteresting. But, I thought I would give it a try.
I am very glad that I did! With a couple of hours of playing around I have a fast, good looking system. What a great job you have done with this distribution. It is my hope that you will do a better job of "dressing up your wares" and promoting your work. You really deserve support. Many thanks.

The website will be overhauled near the release of 2.0, but will be done very close to release. At the moment, I am more concerned with re-writing all my scripts into yad, making sure everything works properly and that all the problems people have reported with 1.x get addressed.
For the time being, more specific suggestions are welcome. I will try and incorporate as many of the good suggestions as I can when I go to update things. Right now the plans include creating a FAQ, adding a bit more information and re-visiting the use of lightbox for the screenshots (Plus having more of them).
