 Boot from ISO?
« Thread Started on Apr 5, 2011, 5:47pm »

How about boot from iso?
Grub2 is supposed to make this easy. That's what they say.

Anyone gotten this to work?
Supposed to work if added to /etc/grub.d/40_custom?
Hasn't for me yet.

I found one entry which says it's Solved at: http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/....om-grub-814740/
However all the ones I read have to do with using a USB Pen drive with several .iso's. If you are going to do that why not use one of the proper size and burn it with unetbooten?
