Try connecting through ssh as root, that will more or less determine if its a permission issue or something else Its possible that the machine running the SSH server is configured not to allow access to those files as well, you will have to check on that. The folders you want to share on the Linux machine should have read/write access allowed to "others", you can set this easily in thunar by right clicking the folder and clicking properties. It is under the permissions tab and in general it is good to put the group "fuse" as read and write as well.

Thanks for your advise!
It's very strange: under terminal mode, it's easy to connect to the other PC under "ssh" protocol (ie. "~$ ssh user@192.168.0.x") and to navigate between folders.
But with Gigolo, despite I am connected immediatly with "ssh" protocol, I am unable to open a file manager, as for "windows shares" protocol for example...
Do you have any idea to solve this problem?

Finally, I installed Samba in order to upload files from Windows or Linux PCs.
