I'm always worried that something like that would suddenly be shut down. It happens to websites very frequently for a variety of reasons, especially websites with "free" file hosting services. Also, there's always the threat of hackers. Sometimes, I think people rely too much on the internet and trust it way more than they should. I remember when it was brand new and everyone was afraid of letting out "too much information." It seems these days like a lot of people don't worry about that anymore (I'm looking at you, Facebook users.) It's really kind of sad.

I took a tip from sifidude79 and used wordpress for this image and got immediate results.

Its my Arch LXDE desktop, my daughter making a snack at school, with 4 workspaces under the compiz magnifier.

Interesting question. I don't understand the usage of thumbnails instead of screenshots in a post. They are both links to another site with the thumbnail link pointing to the screenshot link, usually the same sight for both.

Unless its to prevent having to scroll more in a thread, but then it makes you leave the thread to view the link hen come back to continue reading the thread.

Is there another reason that I not seeing?

My monitor only does 1440 x 900. So sometimes scrolling to read what is said is a pain.

EDIT: Control + and - help :D

Mine is 1024x768 so I have to scroll from side to side or "ctrl+-" to see the whole screen.

Some forums have display settings to change the way the pages appear.

Nice picture. When all the kids lived at home man was I busy taking them to all their sporting events. I had five girls and they can get just as competitive as the boys can.

You are a lucky guy.

Thank you. I do feel very lucky to have my little girl home at my age. It helps that she wasn't born until I turned 50.

I'm marking this as solved. Picasa started using "https" in their links. ProBoard can't deal with secured servers I guess. They just have to be changed to "http". problem solved.
